Kary Arora Biography 
Kary Arora from Delhi is a first professional DJ from India. She started her career as a DJ in 1997 and very soon became a female composer of the music industry. Apart from rendering music and writing lyrics, rapping and grunge singing are her signatures and she has been associated with Bollywood since then. As a Bollywood music composer, she debut in the year 2013 with Ram Gopal Varma’s Satya – 2. She composed the song - Satya is Back Again. In 2014, Limca Book of World Records honoured her as the first woman VJ of the country.
She is a Chandigarh girl born in 1977. She was very much inclined towards poetry, sketching, music and storytelling during her childhood. She won a poetry contest at a very young age of 4. She trained in keyboards and classical music from her younger age. Later she graduated in Audio Engineering from SAE Institute, Chennai. She started her career as a DJ in 1997. She did it as a freelancer in Club Temptation in Delhi from 1998 to 1999. Later she worked in different radio stations – from Delhi to Chennai till 2008. Since then she is working as a freelancer in various radio stations.
As a lyrist, she started with ad jingles and has also written Bollywood songs. Singer, Composer, Music Director, Background scorer or an Audio Engineer – she has worked exceptionally well for almost two decades. She composed her first single in 2008 - Funny Happy B'day to U for Meow Fm, followed by two singles Sanware ki Dhun and De De Deedaar De in 2013. She made her Bollywood debut in 2013 by composing the title track of Satya – 2. Tinko ke Sahare for the movie Angry Indian Goddesses is her latest song.
