Karun Nair Biography 
Karun Nair is an Indian cricketer who plays with National team as well domestic cricket. He also plays IPL games. In domestic cricket, he is associated with Karnataka. He is a right-handed batsman to his team, and occasionally bowls as well. He made his Test cricket debut in 2016 against England, and is the third world player to convert his maiden century to a triple century. He scored an unbeaten 303 against England in his third Test to reach this feat, after Bob Simpson and Sir Garfield Sobers. He is the first Indian to make this record, and only the second Indian batsman to score a triple century throughout his career, after Virender Sehwag.
Karun Kaladharan Nair was born on 6 December 1991 in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. He is of Kerala origin. He made his first-class debut in the 2013–14 season for Karnataka, and his team won Ranji trophy. He scored three consecutive centuries in their final league game, thus leaving an impression among selectors and cricket fans. Karnataka won the title again in 2014–15. In this season Nair scored 709 runs in their ten matches, including 328 in the final against Tamil Nadu, which helped Karnataka to retain the trophy. He was the second player from Karnataka to score a triple century. After independence, Karun remains the only Indian batsman to score a triple century in Ranji Trophy final, thus making it a record.
Very soon he joined national team, and played his debut ODI against Zimbabwe on 11 June 2016. After that he got opportunity to play one more ODI for team India. He made his Test debut against England at Mohali same year, and entered his name in the record books, scoring a triple century. In IPL matches, he has been signed up by the Kings XI Punjab in 2018. He has previously played for Royal Challengers Bangalore, Rajasthan Royals and Delhi Daredevils.
