Karan Kundra Biography

Karan Kundra is a popular television actor and host. He has also worked in a few movies of which Vikram Bhatt’s latest release, Horror story needs special mention. He has also hosted the television show, Gumrah – End Of Innocence. As a television actor, his most popular role is Arjun Punj in Kitani Mohabbat Hai. His lead role as Veeru in Bayttaab Dil Kee Tamanna Hai is also a popular one.

Karan was born on October 11, 1984 in Jalandhar, Punjab. He was born into a construction business family. Kundra did his schooling from Mayo College, Ajmer, Rajasthan and later completed Master of Business Administration from US. He started his career as a model. He is a businessman also helping his father. Karan is the owner of an international call center and does building infrastructural amenities for new buildings under construction also.

He debut small screen in the year 2009 with Kitani Mohabbat Hai. It gave him big break to small screen and next role as hero in Sony Entertainment Televsion’s daily soap, Bayttaab Dil Kee Tamanna Hai. Later he appeared in - Kitani Mohabbat Hai Season 2, Teri Meri Love Stories, Gumrah End Of Innocence, Zara Nachke Dikha, Aahat and V The Serial. He got offer from Ekta Kapoor to work in Kitani Mohabbat Hai Season, after seeing his photo and information from facebook. Currently he appears in ‘V The Serial’ of Channel V. His movies include - Pure Punjabi, Horror Punjabi, Control Bhaji Control, Jatt Romance and Mere Yaar Kaminey.

Karan made Bollywood debut with Horror story, with a group of new actors, all are youngsters. The movie is a horror story of a tight schedule of 1.5 hours only and the whole story revolves around the adventures of a group of youngsters who don’t believe in ghost stories and enter a haunted five star hotel at midnight. The movie received good response from critics cementing the careers of this group of young actors. In 2011, he quit daily soaps and concentrated on movies and hosting programs. He has both Hindi and Punjabi movies in his pocket.
