K. S. Makhan Biography

K. S. Makhan is a Punjabi Bhangra singer. Numbra Te Milde is his debut album. His voice fused with Aman Hayer's music made him a popular voice. He is also known for his association with musicians Sukhpal Sukh and Atul Sharma and music producer Aman Hayer. Glassi, Billo, Muskan, Yaar Mastaane, Good Luck Charm and James Bond are his released private albums. "Dil Vich Vas Gayi", "Mitran Di Motor",  "Fight", "Band Botle", "Talwaaran", "Sitare", "Jatt Warga Yaar”, "Badmaashi",  "Takle", "Gabru Top Da" and "Pakka Yaar" are his hit songs. In 2012, he debut big screen with Punjabi movie - Pinky Moge Wali, where he played the role of villain. In the movie, Sajjan - The Real Friend he played lead role. Shatranj (Sheh Ke Maat) is his latest release. He joined Sikhism most recently in April 2013 and decided to sing only devotional Sikh songs.

 

His real name is Kuldeep Singh Takhar and he was born on August 11, 1975 in a small village Shankar, Nakodar of Jhalandhar district. Currently Makhan resides in Surrey in British Columbia settled with family life. He has two sons. Makhan's first album was Numbra Te Milde. Now he has reached a position where he is singing for many international concerts. Today he is one of the well-established bhangra voices from Punjab. K S MAKHAN launched as an international artist in 2002 with the smash hit album 'First Play'.

 

From toe tapping dancing floor anthems to traditional jhoomer beats and teary eyed love songs, he has conquered music lovers’ hearts. Private albums like Dildar,Billo and Muskan brought him international acclaim. Songs like hoopeh, Mitran di motorte,billo and Gabru Top Da helped him to earn fans belonging to different age groups.
