Jinal Belani is an actress associated with Bollywood and television. Doordarshan Show ‘Laaga Chunri Mai Daag’ marked her television debut, where she played the female lead. The show focused on the fashion industry and was inspired from the movie - Fashion. She was paired with noted television actor, Sachin Chhabra for the show. In 2016 she is to mark her Bollywood debut with the film, Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi, where she plays a supporting role. The movie also stars Paresh Rawal, Payal Ghosh, Rishi Kapoor, Vir Das in the main roles. She made her Gujarati film debut with February 2016 release - Polam Pol in the female lead. She is also a successful model and has been featured in several TV ads.

 

Jinal Belani was born in Mumbai in the year 1992. She completed her graduation in Mass media from Mithibai College. Later she took her Master’s degree through distant education. Since college days she was involved with plays and also got opportunity to work in ad films. She started her entertainment career as a model and became successful too. She appeared in a TV ad of Dove Whitening Deodorant for the first time in 2011, followed by Doycare, Micromax, Hawkins, Roopsangam Sarees and Sahara Mineral Water. Very soon she bagged her television role in ‘Laaga Chunri Mai Daag’ (2014), which paved her way to movies. With the movie, Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi, she has a promising Bollywood career ahead.

 

Her debut Gujarati flick - Polam Pol got released in 2016. The movie starred Jimmit Trivedi and Ojas Rawal in lead roles. They play two friends in the movie and both are in love with Anjali, their best pal from college days. Jinal plays the role of Anjali in the movie. The movie is scripted and directed by Tejas Padiaa.
