Jaz Dhami Biography 
Jaz Dhami is a UK based Punjabi music artist. His real name is Jaswinder Singh Dhami, better known by his stage name, Jaz Dhami. This popular music artist belongs to Folkhop genre of music and is known as a singer, music composer, music producer and performer. His debut album, Groundshaker 2 released in 2008 also featured Aman Hayer. JD in 2009 and Jakara in 2012 are his other solo albums. He also owns numerous singles to his credit. Sitarey Tigerstyle, Sithneyan and Beparwaiyan are his recent singles released in 2015. He started his music career in the year 2008. His song is featured in The Football Association's "Football Needs" campaign.
He was born in Birmingham, UK on 1 March 1986. He is of Punjabi origin, born into a family with music background. His father Viccar Dhami has been a lead vocalist of the legendary Bhangra band Sangam in the 1980s. His singing talents were recognized by his father at the age of 9, and since then Dhami is associated with music. He also took formal training in classical music at the age of 9 at his home town, Birmingham where his family is settled. Ustad Ajit Singh Mutlashi was his first guru. He has also done rigorous music and vocal training in Punjab, India. He was given formal training by Professor Hari Dev Ji, a very well-known classical singer.
Then he returned to UK to attend Paul McCartney’s School of Music in Liverpool. He did a one-year Diploma course in Popular Music and Sound Technology. He once again returned to India to take a degree in Indian Classical Music from Chandigarh University, apart from Bollywood singing style from Jayshree Shivram. After returing to UK, he joined London College of Music and Media. A genuine singer, he has followed a strict attitude throughout his career which helped him to become successful. This singing sensation and vibrant musician has stormed his way into the Bhangra music industry in UK. Dil Kyon Dhadakta Da Hai from the movie Jaanam (1992) was the first song he ever sang. This talented and hardworking singer dreams to sing for Bollywood.
