Jason Tham Biography

Jason Tham is an Indian dancer and television actor, best known for playing parallel lead in youth oriented series - DilDosti Dance. He portrayed the popular role of Karma Wangchuk which made him immensely popular. He also participated in reality dance competition Just Dance. Basically he is a dancer, though handles acting roles also. He has also done the work of a choreographer for a few shows and has done a few ads also.

Jason Tham was born on October 15, 1989 in US. He was brought up in US and he is of Chinese origin. Later his family shifted to Delhi, India where his father runs a Chinese restaurant. His school education was completed at Don Bosco Catholic Secondary School, Toronto.Tham is also a graduate of International Business from Stratford University. Since college days he was drawn towards dance forms and has won many college level competitions. In 2011 he participated in Just Dance - Indian television dance-reality series on Star Plus hosted by none other than Hrithik Roshan. He managed to reach top 21 contestants. 

Later he appeared as a Dance Choreographer in dancing talent hunt shows - Dance India Dance season 4 and Boogie Woogie. Channel V’s popular dance based show DilDostii Dance marked his acting debut where he was featured in a parallel lead. He played cool KarmaWangchuk and he got noticed for his acting skills as an arrogant guy as well. He attended the auditions and got selected as well. For him, dialogue delivery is the great challenge.
