Imran Abbas Naqvi Biography

Imran Abbas Naqvi is the heart throb of Pakistan, model and actor who has made his film debut through the movie, Anjuman in 2013. He is to make his Bollywood debut in 2014. His upcoming movie is much anticipated project, Vikram Bhatt's Creature 3D alongside Bipasha Basu. Two more Bollywood movies are lined to release - Funalu and Raqs. Though he had received many Bollywood offers before, he had to turn down them all for other commitments. Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Guzaarish, Mohit Suri's Aashiqui 2 and Anthony D'Souza's Boss were among those dream projects which went to other actors and became successful. He is a very successful television actor of Pakistan.

He was born in Islamabad in 1982. He was graduated from College of Arts, Lahore. During this time he got exposure to arts and music. He is trained in painting as well as classical music. Geo TV's family drama Umrao Jaan in 2003 marked his television debut. Mahaal was another noted work. He played lead role in many Pakistani television dramas like Meri Zaat Zarra-e-Benishan, Vasl and Noor Bano. He also appeared in popular roles in Khuda Aur Muhabbat, Mera Naseeb, Akbari Asghari, Dil-e-Muztar, and Main Manto. He also acted in a few telefilms.

Though he received many good offers from leading film directors of Bollywood, due to tight schedules he had to loss many significant projects. He marked his film debut opposite Sara Loren in 2013 Pakistani movie, Anjuman. His Bollywood debut is to happen with the movie, Vikram Bhatt's Creature 3D. He plays the role of a nawab in Muzaffar Ali's next flick – Raqs.
