Humaima Malick is a Pakistani actress and model who has entered Bollywood and Indian television. She is most noted for her lead role in Urdu movie – Bol (2010). This movie earned her many ‘Best actress’ awards including Lux Style Awards, London Asian Film Festival, Pakistan Media Awards and South Asian Rising Star Film Awards. She also received a nomination at Asia Pacific Screen Awards for Best actress. She is to debut Bollywood with a string of movies – Sher, Shaatir and Chitthiyan. She has also appeared in many Pakistani television serials, apart from Lollywood.

Humaima Malick was born in Quetta, Pakistan. She graduated from Government Girls College Quetta and moved to Karachi following her father’s retirement. She has five siblings, two brothers and three sisters. At the age of 14, she entered modelling industry. Her entry was through a Fair and Lovely campaign. She first walked the ramp for fashion designer Deepak Perwani at the age of fourteen. Sinec then, she has a successful career in modelling industry.

Malick made her acting debut in Hum TV serial Ishq Junoon Deewangi in the year 2009. Then she appeared in television serials like Barish Kay Ansoo, Tanveer Fatima (B.A), Tair-e-Lahoti, Aja Mai Tennu Pyar Kara, Talluq and Akbari Asghari. Malick made her film debut in Shoaib Mansoor's Bol opposite Atif Aslam which gave her best actress award at many Pakistani and International film awards. In 2012 she appeared in Shehzad Rafique's Ishq Khuda opposite Shaan Shahid. Currently she is a busy in Bollywood with a set of releases. She is to debut Bollywood with Sher opposite Sanjay Dutt and Vivek Oberoi. She has also signed a three-film contract with Vidhu Vinod Chopra.
