Harshvardhan Rane Biography 
Harshvardhan Rane is a young Telugu actor, best known for playing lead roles in Thakita Thakita (2010) and Prema Ishq Kaadhal (2013). He is also a theatre artist. He has acted in 7 Telugu movies till now. He is to debut Bollywood with upcoming Satra Ko Shaadi Hain, and he is being launched by none other than Bollywood actor and style icon – John Abraham. He was recently rated 17th position in Hyderabad’s 25 most desirable men by Times of India.
He was born on December 16, 1983 in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. His father is a dermatologist and mother, a homemaker. He was brought up in Gwalior where he completed his schooling. He has one sister. After schooling Harsh’s dad wanted him to become a doctor. But young Harsh wanted to choose a career related to performing art and media. With this dreams he shifted to Delhi. However one of his friends Meenakshi advised him to go to Mumbai. He got help from a friend Nanditha Kanduri and rane started his career as an anchor. He worked in NDTV pilot project for ‘The Great Indian Love Challenge’ and very soon got a chance to work in Sab TV in ‘Left Right Left’.
In between he continued with film auditions. He was spotted by Bharat Thakur and Bhoomika Chawla for their debut production venture ‘Thakita Thakita’. Thus he was introduced to Tollywood. He graduated from the Barry John Acting Studio and has also performed live in many stage shows. ‘Thakita Thakita’ by Sreenari Nanu , ‘Naa Ishtam’ by Prakash Tholeti, ‘Avunu’ by Ravi Babu and ‘Prema Ishq Kaadal’ by Pawan Sadineni are among his best projects till now. ‘ A Streetcar Named Desire’ a play and ‘Infinity’ short film are the milestones of his acting career.
