Gajendra Verma Biography 
Gajendra Verma is an Indian musician and singer most known for his song - Emptiness also known as Tune mere jaana. A fake video featuring sympathetic story of a dying IIT student, with this song as background went viral over net and registered 30 lakh likes across the nation. Later Verma had to clarify that the music video was not his and logged a complaint claiming copyrights of the song, which he eventually won. Thus Verma has been in limelight for a short period related to the controversies surrounding the song. He is the younger brother of Vikram Singh Verma, music director of Bollywood. As a singer he is most known for his association with lyricist Aseem Ahmed Abbasee and Verma has composed songs of many of his albums. Saajna Re (2014) is his recent released album.
Verma started performing on stage at the age of 3. He did not take any formal learning in music. Yet he was inspired a lot by his father and elder brother who taught him basement of music. His father Surender Varma was a writer and Hindi teacher and his mother Chand Verma is a homemaker. Verma has 3 siblings who too are deeply interested in music. At the age of 11, he moved with his family to Jaipur where he completed his education at Army School. He also actively participated in singing competitions during his academic years winning prizes.
He has been exposed to all forms of music and has released numerous albums till now. He has also done many jingles. He includes both western tunes and Punjabi folks in his albums and Love kiya to darna kya, Tujhse door jo hota hun, Tune Mere Jaana, Phir Suna, O sajna and Mann Mera are among his released hits.
