Bhavya Gowda Biography

Bhavya Gowda is an English model of Indian origin who was elected as the Miss Earth (Northampton Midlands UK) 2010. As a successful model, she has worked with many well-known personalities and organizations in the fashions industry in UK. Some of those leading names include - Lubna Rafiq Academy, Asian Bridal Academy, Monika Hair and Beauty and personalities like - J.Samuels, Paul West, Gurpreet Dhillon, Julie Stocks, Gul, Hugh 'O' Mally etc. She has done portfolios with many leading Photographers of international fame. She appeared in a music video of Jazzy B and Sunny Dee.

Bhavya was born in Mandya, Karnataka in 1984. Her family shifted to Bangalore when she was one year old and she completed her schooling and college studies there. She completed her PG in Finance at Mount Carmel College Bangalore. She reached University of Northampton UK to do International Business Administration, followed by PG in Higher Educational Management from University of Leeds UK. Her first stint to modelling was at the age of 9, when she did a fashion shoot for Weekender Kids. When she grew up, she carried her passion also and started working as a model while at college.

She continued her modelling career when she moved to UK for further studies. She participated in Fabulous Face of Northampton contest in 2009, where she finished as first runner-up. In 2010, she won the coveted title of UK, Miss Earth. She received many modelling assignments soon after winning the title and very soon she established herself as a successful model. She was featured on the Cover Page of 3rd issue of Neon Magazine, apart from Asian Women Magazine May 2011 edition and Asian Style Magazine May 2011 edition.
