Baby Niveditha Biography

Baby Niveditha is a child artist on Malayalam silver screen, best known for playing the dual role in Kana Kanmani. The popular song – Muthe Muthe was pictured on her. She received Kerala State Awards for best child artist (female) for her stellar performance in Kana Kanmani and Bhramaram (2009). Apart from Kerala state awards she is also a recipient of Surya Film Awards, State Film Critics Award, Annual Malayalam Movie Award and Asianet Film Awards for the same role she played onscreen. She was also seen in Dileep starrer Moss & Cat the same year. Palunku (2006), Azhagiya Thamizh Magan (2007) and Innathe Chintha Vishayam (2008) are her other onscreen roles.

Baby Niveditha was born in Kannur to Vijayan and Praseetha. She has an elder sister named Niranjana who is also a child actress. Niranjana is one year senior to her and has appeared in Suresh Gopi starrer - Bharath Chandra IPS and Mohanlal starrer - Thanmatra. Both the sisters have appeared in many hit movies of Malayalam and Tamil. Currently the family is settled in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Niveditha is studying in St Joseph's School (Abu Dhabi) right now. The sisters have together appeared in a few commercials and Prithviraj starrer Kakki.

The talented sisters have won more than 100 trophies, shields and awards that decorate their living room. Their father, an employee in ADWEA has been instrumental in shaping the career of both these girls. He chose the right roles for his girls and encourages them to do more. Their room walls are filled with pictures of superstars. Kana Kanmani is a horror film which gives a social message to prohibit parents from aborting kids. In a double role, Niveditha excelled in the role playing the daughter of Jayaram and Padmapriya. She played the role of Lakshmi, daughter of Suresh Menon and Lakshmi Gopalaswamy in Bhramaram. She was seen aside Dileep in Moss & Cat.
