Arjun Tendulkar Biography 
Arjun Tendulkar is a budding cricketer from Mumbai. He is the son of ‘God of Cricket’, none other than Sachin Tendulkar. Now the 16-year old boy is an all-rounder who plays for his team as a left arm medium pace bowler and left handed batsman. He created headlines in November 2015 when he made an impressive century on the first day of Mumbai Cricket Association Under-16 Payyade Trophy against Rohit Sharma XI. Played for the side of Sunil Gavaskar XI, he also took four wickets on day-2, thus proving himself to be a promising all-rounder. He has been selected for the Mumbai under-16 Vijay Merchant Trophy team following this outstanding performance. Tendulkar scored 106 off 156 balls, took 4 wickets for 73 runs and also made 40 runs in the second innings.
Arjun Tendulkar was born on 24 September, 1999 in Mumbai. Born to the cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, his mother Anjali Tendulkar is a pediatric. His mother gave up her career to look after the kids and Arjun has one elder sister Sara Tendulkar. Sachin also dreams to see his son as a great cricketer and has given him guidance since the age of three. He picked up the cricket bat at the age of three and currently practising at MIG Cricket Club. Though media calls him as ‘Next Sachin’, it often pressurizes this budding youngster to give best of the best performance.
He schooled at Dhirubhai Ambani School in Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai. He played his first match of National level in January 2011 at the Cadence Trophy Tournament in Pune. He scored his first century in June 2012 and entered into the under-14 probables list of Mumbai Cricket Association. The latest buzz is that he is to play the male lead in Sachin Tendulkar’s biopic - Sachin: A Billion Dreams, directed by James Erskine. In this movie, he plays the role of Sachin Tendulkar as a teenager and the ‘God of cricket’ is to make his acting debut with this film.
