Anuradha Paudwal Biography 
Anuradha Paudwal is a popular Indian playback singer and singer who sing bhajans and devotional songs. She is most popular in Hindi and has done numerous filmy and non-filmy songs under the banner T-series. A few of them include cover version albums too. She has been one among the most successful singers during 1990’s and has won 4 Filmfare awards and 1 National award as well. Her first Filmfare award was for the song ‘Mere Mann Bajaa Mridang’ of Utsav. She has also done a hat-trick during the period – 1990-1992 for the movies Aashique, Dil hai ki manta nahi and Beta and those songs are Nazar ke samne, title track and Dhak dhak karne lage. Her voice was most used for Madhuri Dixit and Pooja Bhatt during early 1990’s. She has done a series of music albums as well – Ishq hua, Choodiyan, Afzana and many more. Haathom mein and Choodi bhi of Ishq hua (2000) were chartbusters. Music director Late Arun Paudwal is her husband and pop singer Kavitha Paudwal is her daughter.
Anuradha Paudwal was born in the year 1954 and she debut Bollywood by singing a sloka for the musical hit Abhimaan in 1973. Her first break was for the movie Kalicharan and her first solo song was for the movie Aap baeti. Among her songs of early 1980’s, Madhupan khushboo deta hai along with K.J.Yesudas for Usha Khanna’s composition is a memorable song. ‘O Mere Khwabon Ke Shehzade’ of Meri Jung was a popular song during middle 1980’s. Her association with Laximikanth Pyarelal gave a few memorable songs – 1 2 ka 4 and Oh ram jee of Ram Lakhan and Kehdo kit um ho of Tezaab can be included in the list.
Her collaboration with ‘King of cassettes’ – Gulshan Kumar proved to be the milestone of her career. She got opportunity to sing for movies like Dil, Aashique, Dil hai ki mantha nahi and many more, thus establishing herself as the leading singer of Bollywood. Her other hit songs include Oh piya piya and Na jaane kaha of Dil, Yeh ishq bada bedardi hai of Itihaas, Kaise jiyunga mein of Sahibaan, Kaisa lagtha hai, and Kismat se tum of Pukar. She has sung for Nadeem Shravan, Anu Malik, LP, A.r.Rehman and all the leading composers of music industry and has sung alone with Kumar Sanu, Mohd Aziz, Amit Kumar and Udit Narayan most. During the late 90’s she concentrated fully on bhajans and is one among the leading female voices too.
