Anoop Seelin Biography 
Anoop Seelin is a noted music director of Kannada film industry at present. Music scores of movies likeGooli, Eddelu Manjunatha, Preethse Preethse, Yaksha, I Am Sorry Mathe Banni Preethsona, Manasology, Sidlingu, Parari and Madarangi were instant hits. He won the Karnataka State Film Award for Best Music Director for the movie – Sidlingu in the year 2012. The same movie gave him music awards at Filmfare and SIIMA.
Seelin was born in Bangalore. He trained Carnatic music at a younger age and dreamt a career in music. His dream was to become a playback singer and music composer. His schooling was completed at Hassan and later moved to Bangalore with family to receive higher education. He completed studies in Law. He began singing in an orchestra in Bangalore and other groups as a hobby. He was deeply influenced by his family also. Later he became a full time singer and got opportunity to work under legendary music director Hamsalekha. He started working with Hamsalekha as a chorus singer and later sang a few songs as a track singer. He worked under Hamsalekha for 6 years.
He debut as a full-fledged singer through the song - "Yaro yaro nannavalu yaro..." of the movie Ondagona ba, which became an instant hit. It was followed by a string of hits for the movies like Sarvabhoma, Madana, Dharma, Janapada, Nenapirali, Sixer and Thaballi. With the movie, Gooli he fulfilled his dream to do music direction for Kannada movies. It was followed by Yeddelu Manjunatha, which was regarded as a trendsetter. I Am Sorry Mathe Banni Preethsona was another noted release. In 2013, he provided background score for the movie, Googly. B3 is his upcoming project.
