Ankit Tiwari Biography 
Ankit Tiwari is a new generation music director of Bollywood with Aashique 2 fame. He is behind the chartbuster song, Sun raha hoom mein – pictured on Aditya Roy Kapoor at the beginning of the movie. The music was given by him; he rendered his magical voice to sing this popular track as well. He has also composed music for movies like Do dune chaar, Issaq and Saheb biwi aur gangster. Except Isaaq, all these three movies were successful at box office too. Aashique 2 is the top musical album of 2013. Planet Bollywood gave a rating of 6.5 out of 10 for the music of Aashique 2 and praised the contributions of Ankit Tiwari and Mithoon as their single compositions shine far better than the rest of the songs of the movie. In fact, these top 2 songs have lifted the movie as well as its music to place the movie and musical album in the top slatted slot.
Ankit Tiwari was born March 6, 1990 in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. He hails from a musical family. His mother sings devotional music while his father owns a musical troupe. He learnt classical music under Vinod Kumar Dwivedi from his childhood. His Bollywood career began with Do done char which happened to be the comeback movie of Neetu Singh after her marriage. She played the leading role as wife opposite her husband Rishi Kapoor in this movie. The movie was released in the year 2010 and includes the tracks - Do Dooni Chaar, Baaja Bajya, Ek Haath De and Maange Ki Ghodi. Ankit sang the solo song ‘Ek Haath De’ while he used the voices of music directors, Shankar Mahadevan and Vishal Dadlani and playback singer Sunidhi Chauhan to sing the rest. He has sung the duet Baaja bajya with Sunidhi. In its club remix, he sang along with both the top leading music directors.
Similar to Aashique 2, he has composed a single track, “Saheb Bada Hathila" for the hit movie – Saheb biwi aur gangster. He along with Vipin Aneja sings that song. In the movie, Issaq, as the previous records, he composed and sing a single song - "Aag Ka Dariya".
