Anadish Pal Biography

Anadish Pal is an Indian inventor and environmentalist. He is also a poet. He was born in 1963 in a family of Bengali origin. He has obtained nine United States patents. One of them was for an electromagnetically controlled fuel-efficient internal combustion engine which he has named as Relaying piston multiuse valve-less electromagnetically controlled energy conversion devices.

Anadish Pal is not a qualified engineer or designer. He joined all India Institute of Medical Sciences and dropped out in 1982. Then he took electronics and prototyping as his hobby. At that time he was living in Gorakhpur with his mother. At his age of fourteen, he designed DXing radio receiver that never worked. He designed his own circuit and all the PCBs were made by himself.

He worked as a freelancer for Maruti Udyog, National Institute for the visually handicapped in Dehran, Duracell and Honda Power. In 2000 the engineering department of Honda Power products in Uttarkhand designed a charging genset. But this had a technical flaw and so the Indian Army did not give it clearance. Later he designed an SMPS based voltage regulator for the genset and then this was accepted by the army.

He has received patents last year for unique gas-operated reloading gun which was named as Magnetic gyro-projectile device with electronic combustion, turbogeneration, gyro stabilization and for a railgun. In the year 2007, the Office of Naval Research of the United States Navy showed interest in the railgun technology. He got another important patent in 2007 for his 3D computer mouse. He has also filed various other patent applications.

He received patent for high torque electric motor. He has devised a concept for personal mobility vehicle for common man which is a diwheel vehicle and it is in its prototype development stage. He is also an environmentalist and participate in various causes for saving trees and facing threats from anti-tree lobby.
