Akanksha Juneja Biography

Akanksha Juneja is a noted television actress. She has appeared in a few films as well. Currently she plays the role of antagonist Ayesha in the most popular television soap on Sony TV, Bade Acche Lagte Hain. She made her acting debut in 2010 television series on ZEE TV, Do Saheliyaan. She later appeared in Thoda Hai Bas Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai,         Hamaari Beti Raaj Karegi, Dil Se Di Dua... Saubhagyavati Bhava?, Emotional athyachar, Bade Achhe Lagte Hain and The Adventures of Hatim. She made a cameo appearance in 2010 Bollywood release, Bang Bang Bangkok. Banke Bihari (Bhojpuri) and Le Gai Sada Dil Lutke (Punjabi) are her other movies.

She was born and brought up in Delhi. While doing graduation, she did a parallel course in Media studies from RK Films and Media Academy in Delhi. Later she moved to Mumbai to pursue a career in film and modelling world. STAR Plus's Mahayatra was her debut television show, where she played a minor role. She played sister to Raghav in Life OK’s Saubhagyavati Bhav. She did a role cameo in Saath Nibhana Saathiya on Star plus. She is mostly seen in supporting roles on television.

After signing her first Bollywood flick Bang Bang Bangkok, she has signed two more movies. Her second movie, Veham produced by Heartline Films. Akanksha plays the leading lady opposite model turned actor Sankalp Tuli. Her next venture is Ikka Top produced by GK Productions where she plays the sister of lead hero. Though she has a few Bollywood movies in her hand, she has no intention to leave small screen, which gave her fame and success.
