Aishwarya Arjun is an Indian film actress associated with Tamil film industry. She is the daughter of the popular actor of 1980s and 1990s, Arjun Sarja. She made her film debut in the year 2013 with the Tamil movie, Pattathu Yaanai. The movie had a mixed response from critics. But it later turned to be an average grosser. She turned a film producer with - Jai Hind 2 released in 2015. The movie was the sequel to her father’s hit film Jai Hind in the 1990s. The movie too received mixed response from critics.

Aishwarya Arjun was born on 10th February 1990 in Chennai as the son of action king Arjun Sarja, who has given numerous hits to Kollywood. She has a younger sister. She schooled from Sacred Heart, Church Park in Chennai and completed graduation from Stella Maris College, Chennai. She also did a fashion management course in London before the film bug finally bit her. She has also trained in modern dancing which came handy for her debut film. Her father who has completed 30 years in the industry is her role model.

Aishwarya has always dreamt to become an actress. So when she got a film offer after studies, she grabbed it. The masala flick was directed by Bhoopathy Pandian and she was paired with Vishal Krishna. Though received mixed responses, the movie became a box office hit. Actually she got her first film role for the movie ‘Kaadal’ while studying at school in ninth standard. But her parents were keen in her studies. So she didn’t accept the movie, which later went on to become a huge hit.
