Adnan Shah Tipu Biography

Adnan Shah Tipu is a Pakistani actor who works in Bollywood portraying supporting roles. Made his Bollywood debut in 2010 with Himesh Reshammiya starrer Kajraare, he was most recently seen in 2015 comedy film – Welcome to Karachi. Adnan Shah Tipu played a bit role of Baabar in his Bollywood debut film, while he played the noted role of Azhar Baloch in Welcome to Karachi. However both these films were Bollywood flops. Adnan is a prominent actor in Pakistani film and television scene where he excels as in both comic and antagonist roles. He is associated with television scene since late 1990s.


His full name is Adnan Shah Tipu, and he is simply called Tipu. Adnan Shah started his career in 1999 as a television actor. He gained popularity through the comedy sitcom, "Sab Set Hai" in 2001. Since then he has played noted roles in TV serials such as Jal Pari and Makan. In 2011 he appeared in the sitcom series Kis Din Mera Viyah Howay Ga. He is quite popular for his comic roles on television. 2003 Pakistani film Khamosh Pani marked his Lollywood debut. Since then he has played numerous character roles on big screen.


He appeared in the short films, Dho Dala: The Sin Washer and Out of Sync. He acted in Out of Sync before his Lollywood release. He was nominated at Indus Drama Award for Best Supporting Actor in 2006 and ARY Film Award for Best Actor in 2014. Ramchand Pakistani, Josh: Independence through Unity, Dukhtar, Khamosh Pani etc are some of his Pakistani films. Malik, Driven and Zeher-e-Ishq are his upcoming films. This actor is happy to work in Bollywood and looking forward for good roles. He wants to deliver his best performance even while sharing screen space with legendary actors of world cinema.
