Aanchal Munjal Biography

Aanchal Munjal is a film and television actress. She was seen in Kajol starrer ‘We are family’ (2010) and Aarakshan (2011). She played the elder daughter, Aalia of Kajol and Arjun Rampal in We are family’, while she played the character role of Muniya S. Yadav in political thriller, Aarakshan. In parallel, she started her television career as well. She made her small screen debut through Ghost Bana Dost in 2010 where she portrayed the character Chunni. She became quite popular in the character role of Chunni. She was last seen in the popular series on Sony TV – Bade ache lagte hain. Currently she appears in Ek Boond Ishq and Yeh Hai Aashiqui. She was also seen in Parvarrish - Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi and Gumrah – End Of Innocence.

This young actress is a great fan of Miss Universe Sushmita Sen and a great fan of her since childhood. She came to Mumbai with a sole aim to become an actress. She made her television debut through Ghost bana dost and her second television series was Parvarrish where she portrayed the role of Raavi Jeet Ahuja. She got the entire spotlight in Sony Entertainment Television’s Parvarrish.

She entered popular TV show "Bade Achhe Lagte Hain" as grown up Pihu, daughter of the lead pair - Sakshi Tanwar and Ram Kapoor and she was a bit nervous to handle the role. Earlier the role was played by Amrita Mukherjee, who was quite popular among family audience. She also appeared in Channel V's Gumrah: End of Innocence where she played the central character of Hetal in the story titled Dual Life. Most recently she joined the team of Ek boond Ishq.
