Balaji Gas Agency is being robbed in Rafiganj along with the daylight consumer. On consuming gas, the consumer has to provide a delivery charge of 20 to ₹ 30 separately. In today's era of inflation, the consumer's back is broken. However, no one with this gas agency has been arrested.
If the consumers themselves go to Godown and bring gas, then they have to pay as much as the price of gas is. The rule says that if any consumer brings gas from the direct Godown, then according to Bharat Petroleum, he should be returned a fixed amount, but this does not happen.
All LPG customers should raise their voice and act on it. -

बालाजी गैस एजेंसी रफीगंज में दिनदहाड़े कंजूमर के साथ लूट हो रही है। कंजूमर को गैस लेने पर उसे 20 से ₹30 अलग से डिलीवरी चार्ज प्रदान करना पड़ता है। आजकल के महंगाई के जमाने में कंजूमर का कमर टूट चुका है। फिर भी यह गैस एजेंसी वाले किसी को भी नहीं बकस्तें हैं।
अगर कंजूमर खुद गोडाउन जाकर गैस लाते हैं तो जितना गैस का दाम है उतना ही भुगतान करना पड़ता है। नियम तो यह कहती है कि अगर कोई भी कंजूमर डायरेक्ट गोडाउन से गैस लाते हैं तो उसे भारत पेट्रोलियम के अनुसार उसे एक तय राशि लौटाया जाए पर ऐसा नहीं होता।
सभी एलपीजी ग्राहकों को अपनी आवाज उठानी चाहिए और उस पर कार्रवाई की जानी चाहिए। -
