Leader in any field is a respectable post. It may be in cricket play ground or in the field of politics. Here we may discuss about some political hero or leader.

In freedom war we have read many facts about our national heroes. They were not all political leader but they sacrificed their life and family in the name of Mother India. Their only vision was a free India.  There are so many names in history. We should read their history and should realize their sacrifice and should honor them from our heart. We also should follow their advice.

But now he who has muscle power, money is a great leader (not all but most of them). We cast out vote to elect our representative; so that they can solve our social necessities, but after elected they do not do so. They become corrupted and earn money illegally. Here again I am saying about some corrupted politician. Elections come in almost every year in India in the form of Loksova or assembly election or panchyayet / municipal election.

So before casting vote we should keep some points in our mind.

*we should know in details about the candidate.

*We should be informed about the future plans of that leader if he is elected.

*Candidate should be cleaned imaged.

*Personally or politically he should be honest.

Recently election commissioner has introduced a new button as NOTA, which means if the candidates are not in my choice, then we can press this button. This system has introduced from this 16^th loksova election. Previously many people do not cast their vote. But now they can put their authority by pushing such button.

Another reflection shows also that the leader who becomes selected is not the choice of majority. Hundred percent votes are not happened and by getting thirty to forty percent casting the leader is elected. This should not be happened also. Here we have some responsibilities. We should cast our vote and as a responsible citizen Of India it is our duty to put our rights.

To choose or make a good and honest leader is in our hand. A leader is only a representative of common people only. Our voice should be leader’s voice.
