What are the services provided by HDV?
HDV – Thrissur’s first online grocery store provides everything a supermarket can provide, in the corporation area of Thrissur town. HDV also offers ironing and laundry services, apart from birthday cakes & snacks. Its aim is to link all customer services to a single platform and many surprise packages are yet to open – including plumbing, electrical and cleaning works and tie-ups with leading restaurants of main town.
Grocery, beauty products, personal care products or services – registered customer can place their orders online or whatsapp or over phone toll free, preferring their delivery schedules. Taking orders on daily basis, HDV offers three choices of delivery schedule to its valuable customers. Already crossed 1200 registered families, its daily schedules are 7am - 10 am, 10 am - 3pm and 3pm - 8pm, as per user need. HDV operates on all days, including one special Sunday delivery schedule.
Tie-Ups with many leading and established firms/associations
Homedelivan has tied-up with Thrissur’s leading bakers – Mango Bakers. Apart from taking daily orders on snacks and sweets, it also takes advance orders for Birthday cakes; that too free of delivery charges.
Homedelivan offers variety of products of Adat Farmer’s Association including pesticide free Adat Matta rice at a very reasonable cost of 35 rupees per kg, not available anywhere in the town at this cost. It also supplies organic rice – Jaivam Amrutham, Adat Pure Coconut Oil and Curry powders.
HDV has also tied up with Cherpp Karshaka Club providing fresh cow milk from farm, apart from eggs and curd.
Ironing and Laundry – Just a Missed Call away
Perhaps for the first time in India, HDV introduces ironing/laundry services – A missed call away concept. Registered user need to give a missed call to the toll free number 08030636391 to register a service request. Clothes will be picked within 24 hours of the service request and returned back to the customer after the process. It usually takes just one day for ironing and one week of laundry services. Usually customers club their normal orders with Ironing/Laundry Services.
How to get services of HDV?
The family should be in Thrissur Corporation Area and there is also a registration process, free of charges. Request can be given online, whatsapp or through toll free number and an executive will visit the family to complete registration process. A HOME SMART card indicating TCR no will be given to the customer and his address and details will be updated to HDV database. User need to remember his user-id to place orders over phone or toll free.
Delivery Schedule Details
Currently HDV has three delivery schedules - 7am to 10am, 10.30am to 3pm and 3pm to 8pm. Sundays - a special Morning Schedule. Orders till 9pm will be processed by first two delivery schedules of the following day. Post 9pm orders will be processed by next day 3pm-8pm delivery schedule. Post 11am orders will be processed by next day morning schedule.
